How we work
Small team. Big scope. No BS.
SalesDeveloper is a product-first company. We don't have layers of management, long planning cycles, or committees approving decisions. Engineers ship directly to production. Customer success talks directly to engineering. Everyone on the team sells — because if you can't explain why the product matters, you shouldn't be building it.
We're remote by default, async by preference, and we invest heavily in written communication. We move fast but we think carefully. We don't ship broken things just to ship them.
Ship ownership
You own what you build end-to-end — design, implementation, and monitoring in production.
Customer obsession
Every feature starts with a customer problem. We talk to customers weekly, not quarterly.
Ruthless prioritization
We say no to 90% of ideas so we can execute the remaining 10% exceptionally well.
Transparent by default
Financial metrics, roadmap, and strategy are shared with everyone on the team.
