About

We're building the AI that replaces the outbound SDR team.

SalesDeveloper.ai is an autonomous AI SDR platform. It finds your buyers, researches each one, writes personalized outreach, handles every reply, and books qualified meetings — without a human SDR running any of it.

Our Mission

The era of human SDR teams running manual outbound is ending.

We believe the era of human SDR teams is ending. Not because SDRs aren't talented — many are exceptional. Not because outbound sales doesn't work — it does, when done right. But because the repetitive work of prospecting, writing, and following up is something AI can do better, faster, and at scale.

The SDR role as it exists today was designed around human limitations. Humans can research maybe 20 prospects a day, write 30–40 personalized emails if they push themselves, and handle a few dozen conversations at once. The entire infrastructure of sales engagement platforms — Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Apollo — was built to make humans slightly more productive within those constraints.

SalesDeveloper was built to eliminate the constraints. An autonomous AI agent can research 10,000 prospects and generate 10,000 genuinely personalized messages in the time a human SDR researches five. It handles every reply instantly. It never has a bad week. It does not quit after 14 months. The question is not whether AI can do this work — it is whether your organization is structured to capture that advantage.

The SalesDeveloper Manifesto

Why we built this.

The problem with the current model

Hiring an SDR is one of the most expensive bets in modern B2B sales. The average total cost — salary, benefits, management overhead, tools — runs $120,000 to $160,000 per year for a single rep. Six months of that budget is spent on ramp before the rep hits full productivity. And the industry-wide quota attainment rate for SDRs has been declining for five consecutive years.

Companies are investing enormous resources in a human execution layer that is structurally constrained by human capacity. More budget, better tools, more aggressive training — none of it changes the fundamental math: a human SDR can only do so much per day, and what they can do is inherently inconsistent.

What changed

Large language models crossed a capability threshold in the last two years that makes autonomous outbound genuinely possible. Not AI that assists a human writer — AI that researches a prospect, understands their business context, generates a message that reads like it was written by someone who did their homework, and adapts based on the conversation that follows.

When you combine that with the ability to read intent in a reply, to understand that "we might be interested next quarter" means something different from "unsubscribe me", and to take the appropriate action in either case — you have a complete SDR replacement, not just a writing assistant.

What we're building

SalesDeveloper is the complete autonomous outbound workflow. It starts with your ICP — the definition of who you want to reach — and handles everything after that autonomously: prospect discovery, account research, message generation, multi-channel sequencing, reply intelligence, and meeting booking. Your first touchpoint with a new prospect is a notification that a qualified meeting just appeared on your calendar.

We are not building a tool for SDRs to use. We are building the replacement for the SDR role as it exists in its current form — and we are doing it for the founders, growth leaders, and sales operators who understand that this transition is inevitable and want to be ahead of it.

Human SDR vs. SalesDeveloper AI — same workflow, different execution

Every step in a human SDR's workflow requires manual action, attention, and time. SalesDeveloper executes the same workflow autonomously — the only human input is the initial ICP definition.

Why It Matters

The economics of SDR teams are breaking. Here's the data.

$70–90k

SDR Base Salary

Plus $25–35k in benefits, taxes, and employer costs. Before tools or management.

6 months

Average Ramp Time

Before an SDR reaches full productivity — paid at full cost from day one.

14 months

Average SDR Tenure

Industry average before turnover — meaning you repeat the ramp cycle continuously.

< 50%

Quota Attainment

Fewer than half of B2B SDRs meet quota in any given quarter, per industry benchmarks.

The SalesDeveloper alternative

At $2,497/month (Scale plan), SalesDeveloper costs approximately $30,000/year — roughly 20–25% of the fully-loaded cost of a single human SDR. It ramps on day one. It does not quit. It does not have bad quarters. And it operates across channels and time zones that a human team cannot cover without additional headcount.

The Team

Small, focused, and building the most important product in outbound sales.

SalesDeveloper is built by a small team with backgrounds in AI, sales operations, and automation. We have collectively spent years in the weeds of outbound sales — building SDR programs, managing sales development teams, building sales engagement tooling, and watching the same human-execution problems surface at every company we have worked with.

We are not trying to build a better version of the existing sales engagement stack. We are building a fundamentally different category: the AI sales development representative. The product that makes the question "how many SDRs do we need?" obsolete.

We are backed by operators and investors who have built and scaled B2B sales teams and understand what it would have meant to have this tool available when they were building. Every piece of feedback we act on comes from companies running real outbound programs who are directly measuring the difference between manual execution and SalesDeveloper.

If you want to talk to the team about what you are trying to accomplish — not a sales call, just a conversation about whether autonomous outbound is the right move for your stage and motion — reach out at our contact page. We respond to every message.

The Platform

What SalesDeveloper actually does.

Six autonomous capabilities that cover the complete outbound SDR workflow — no human execution layer required.

01

Prospect Discovery

Defines your ICP once, then continuously builds and enriches a prospect list from firmographic data, hiring signals, intent data, and technology signals. No manual list-building.

02

Account Research

Researches each account and contact before writing a single word — reading company news, LinkedIn activity, job postings, recent funding, and tech stack to identify the most relevant entry point.

03

Message Generation

Generates a unique, research-backed message for every contact. No templates, no merge fields. Each outreach is specific to the prospect's situation and written to read like it came from someone who did their homework.

04

Multi-Channel Sequences

Runs coordinated outreach across email and LinkedIn — connection requests, DMs, follow-up sequences — timed by channel and calibrated to prospect behavior.

05

Reply Intelligence

Reads every reply, classifies intent (interested, not now, unsubscribe, objection), and responds appropriately — including handling objections, following up on timing-based responses, and routing hot leads immediately.

06

Meeting Booking

When a prospect is ready, SalesDeveloper negotiates availability and books the meeting directly on your calendar. The first time a human touches the conversation is the discovery call itself.
